1 pack Spring Roll Pastry Sheets
1/2lb Ground Pork
1/2lb Ground Shrimp
1/2 head of small cabbage
1-2tbsp Mama's XO Sauce
Neutral Frying Oil
1/2 tsp White Pepper
2tsp Fish Suace
2tsp Oyster Sauce
2 Eggs
1tbsp Cornstarch
1 pack Spring Roll Pastry Sheets
1/2lb Ground Pork
1/2lb Ground Shrimp
1/2 head of small cabbage
1-2tbsp Mama's XO Sauce

1 Combine ground pork, shrimp, cabbage and mix. Add egg, seasonings and mix throughly until combined.
2 Make egg wash with 1 egg + 1 tablespoon water.
3 Pull a part your pastry sheets, lay flat and add about 1-2 tablespoons of filling on the pastry sheet, form into a log.
4 Roll like you would a burrito/spring roll.
5 Heat up your oil to 350 degrees fahrenheit, fry until golden brown.
